Job Summary
The Finance Business Partner will work closely with Executive & Business Divisional leadership to provide financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision support to drive business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Executive & Business Divisional leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Ensure ongoing awareness and alignment between all functions of the Finance division and the wider business in the design, development, and operation of plans, policies, systems, processes, and controls.
- Leverage competitive information, industry trends, customer metrics, and market dynamics to inform company and divisional targets, strategies, and plans.
- Manage the delivery of divisional budgets and forecasts and key performance indicators (KPI) to measure success.
- Deliver regular financial management reporting and review KPIs, performance, and external data to provide insights on divisional and company-wide performance.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and investigations to provide actionable recommendations to improve growth, profitability, efficiency, productivity, financial control, and mitigate risk.
