The Senior Facilities Manager will oversee the management of a portfolio of client spaces across EMEA and lead a dedicated account team. Key responsibilities include managing IFM vendors, EH&S, client relationships, budgetary control of services, and managing day-to-day client activities for assigned properties and facilities. The role involves being the key point of contact for stakeholders and clients, ensuring high staff morale, trust, and work ethics, as well as strong communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a small team with direct line management responsibility.
- Own the account and ensure successful delivery of services.
- Manage EH&S and risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain a positive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor and enable training and development of team members.
Requirements
- Excellent people skills and ability to interact with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems.
- Knowledge of quality management and KPI measurement.
- Able to communicate professionally in English and Norwegian.
- Budget management and financial analysis skills.
