Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Presales Manager to join our team, responsible for leading a team of Solutions Consultants and driving sales strategy in Norway.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies, collaborating with Sales to drive revenue growth and meet customer expectations.
  • Hire, train, and develop top performers within the Presales team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Coach team members to improve individual and team performance, focusing on account management, sales strategy, and technical expertise.
  • Work closely with extended team members to align opportunities, balancing workload and prioritizing needs of Sales.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and methodologies, providing strategic feedback to stakeholders and the team.
  • Establish strong partnerships between Presales and Sales, as well as other EMEA teams, fostering collaboration and shared goals.

About You

  • Proven experience in leading projects, working groups, or opportunity teams, with a track record of success in a high-growth environment.
  • Outstanding presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with C-level audiences.
  • Fluency in English and one of the following languages: Danish, Finnish, Swedish, or Norwegian.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on mentoring and collaboration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and collaborators while achieving assigned goals and targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing a team of Solutions Consultants or Presales professionals.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, business development, and technical account management.
