Job Summary
Darwin Recruitment is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 HR Consultant to join a global manufacturing client as they implement Dynamics HR globally. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in solution design, requirement gathering, implementation, technical documentation, and rolling out the platform for different regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Dynamics HR solutions for global regions
- Gather and document business requirements for HR systems
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for HR platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation
- Provide training and support for end-users on HR systems
Requirements
- At least 5 years of consulting/implementation experience within Microsoft Dynamics
- D365 HR: At least 2 x end-to-end implementations, ideally more
- Strong implementation, consulting, and solution design experience for HR
- Excellent English language skills; able to travel occasionally
- Certification within D365 HR is ideal
