Job Title: Lead Scrum Master

Statkraft is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Scrum Master to join our team. As a key member of our Agile Transformation team, you will play a critical role in driving our organization's agile maturity and enabling our teams to deliver value to our customers.

About the Role

The Lead Scrum Master will be responsible for leading a team of Scrum Masters, providing strategic support to our product teams, and collaborating with Agile Coaches to drive agile practices globally. You will work closely with business users to gain insights into our operations and develop a deep understanding of our business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Scrum Masters and provide strategic support to our product teams
  • Collaborate with Agile Coaches to drive agile practices globally
  • Work closely with business users to gain insights into our operations and develop a deep understanding of our business needs
  • Identify and remove blockers for our development teams and protect their focus towards delivering value
  • Facilitate Scrum events for ad hoc teams when necessary
Requirements
  • Master's or bachelor's degree in psychology, business management, software development, or another relevant field
  • Certified Scrum Master (min. CSM or PSM I)
  • 5+ years' experience of leadership in a team in an agile environment
  • 5+ years' experience as a dedicated Scrum Master or Agile Coach
  • Experience with other agile frameworks (e.g. SAFe, Kanban, Lean...)
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills in English (Norwegian is a strong advantage)
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to inspire others
  • Experience with change management and organizational transformation
  • Metric-driven approach to measuring success in agile practices
