">About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced Digital Editorial Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the creation of content on Cozymeal, including articles for our magazine and experience pages.
">Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy, including an annual content plan.">
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar, ensuring timely execution of content deliverables.">
- Establish and enforce publication standards, setting goals and expectations for the team.">
- Solicit, edit, and create content for our magazine through article outlines, draft reviews, and image sourcing.">
- Build and schedule articles using our custom blog CMS.">
- Review and publish new content on our website, including visual and written pieces.">
- Curate and oversee our image gallery and visual content.">
- Mentor digital content editors and other team members on best practices.">
- Onboard new writers, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.">
Requirements Include
">- ">
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.">
- 4+ years of experience in copywriting and digital content editing.">
- 3+ years of experience in editorial calendar management and content strategy.">
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.">
- Strong visual research skills.">
- Advanced SEO knowledge.">
- Exceptional organization skills.">
- Familiarity with food and culinary culture.">
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote environment.">
