About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join our team at Telenor Amp. As an Investment Manager, you will be responsible for securing maximum value creation for Telenor through actively managing a portfolio of independent companies and identifying and executing investments with strong value potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of independent companies to maximize value creation for Telenor
- Identify and execute investments with strong value potential
- Work with transactions, participate in boards of directors, and develop investment and portfolio strategies
- Leverage and enhance your network to originate investment opportunities
- Lead due diligence efforts on prospective investments and negotiate transaction documentation
- Implement value creation strategies with management teams and drive divestment processes
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience with private investment transactions
- Knowledge of the Nordic Private Equity or Venture Capital ecosystems
- Successful track record of identifying and leading value accretive investments
- Business fluency in written and spoken English
- MSc in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a quantitative field
