As a Lead Software Engineer, you will play a central role in one of our product teams. You are confident in your field and are good at collaborating with others across various disciplines.

In the face of digital change, we need more skilled technologists who can see the big picture. We need you to take ownership of the entire process and lead the way for others in the team. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be responsible for all aspects of software development, from design to testing and maintenance, using agile development methodologies and DevOps principles. At Telenor, we heavily use cloud technology, security, and data protection. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and developers across teams. You will also work closely with various professional groups and user groups in the surrounding area. You will lead and mentor other developers to create data applications that make a valuable difference.

  • You have programming skills and an interest in learning new programming languages.
  • Do you have experience with DevOps, Kotlin, Java, or .Net? Then you are extremely valuable to us. Perhaps you have relevant education or documented experience from elsewhere. We are not concerned about where you learned what you can do.
