About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Prada team in Oslo as an Assistant Store Manager. The successful candidate will have a passion for luxury retail, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales growth while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example to ensure the team operates with the highest level of care and respect for the product;
  • Ensure the team is always updated about various company activities (Prada Journal);
  • Coordinate with relevant functions to propose and support product and collection training needs;
  • Manage all operational activities related to the store, ensuring consistency and compliance with corporate guidelines;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners;
  • Drive business growth through effective sales strategies and tactics;
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
