As a Course Leader with EF, you will be part of this community. You will have the opportunity to work with students from different backgrounds and cultures, teaching them languages and sharing your knowledge and experiences with them.

Your role will involve traveling abroad with a group of students for two to four weeks, becoming their support system and mentor. You will provide assurance in their day-to-day activities and actively engage in their program. This is a unique chance to make a positive impact on young lives and create lifelong memories.

To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in Norwegian and proficient in English (minimum B2 level). You will also need to be responsible and well-organized, social and outgoing, and able to make good decisions in sometimes stressful situations.
