SAP is seeking a seasoned HR Professional to lead its People & Culture Organization in the Nordic region. As the Head of People & Culture, you will be responsible for driving the company's people strategy and delivering an outstanding people experience across the region.
About the Role:
- This position requires a dynamic and experienced HR leader who can oversee and consult on people-related topics, shaping the future of SAP's people organization in the Nordic market.
- You will lead the People Agenda in the Nordic Market Unit through effective management of the distributed Nordic P&C Team in a matrix setup.
- Your role includes contributing to the Market Unit Core Leadership Team and participating in local leadership teams in Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden.
- You will deliver an innovative people experience by demonstrating empathy and emotional intelligence, embracing the global people strategy and fostering an inclusive environment.
- Key responsibilities also include managing social partner relations, legal and regulatory policies, and compliance matters.
- You will embody the importance of leadership and employee engagement for a hybrid workforce and provide a flexible work experience that is simple, intuitive, and connected.
