Serviceleder for Automatiserte Transaksjonssystemer

Som Service Manager for Automatiserte Transaksjonssystemer vil du være ansvarlig for å leverere våre tjenester til kunder som Avinor. Du vil spille en sentral rolle i å håndtere flere servicekontrakter og endringsforespørsler, samt gi kontinuerlig støtte til våre kunder for å sikre høy kundetilfredshet og teknisk stabilitet i våre systemer og løsninger.

Du vil jobbe fra en fleksibel arbeidsplass med noen reisevirksomhet, og det regionale kontoret ligger i Oslo. Vi driver virksomhet i alle land i Norden og Baltikum.

1. To be the central contact point for all matters related to maintenance agreements, including escalations and problems related to performance and reports during the term of the agreement.
2. To take dedicated knowledge about the customer's processes, infrastructure, and environment through continuous self-study.
3. To handle the delivery of maintenance agreements and the customer's operational service needs.
4. To calculate, estimate, and plan service projects and budgets.
5. To organize and coordinate the virtual service team.
6. To estimate and prepare offers for change requests.

1. A relevant higher technical or economic education on at least a bachelor level.
2. At least 5 years of relevant experience from IT operation and service management.
3. Relevant industry experience and understanding of the field.
4. The ability to lead small and medium-sized projects.
5. The ability to work independently with high integrity and personal drive.
6. A high degree of structure and goal-orientedness.
