- Manage kitchen supplies and equipment, maintaining optimal inventory levels.

- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Relevant maritime certifications and culinary qualifications.
- Proven experience as Chief Cook or similar role on chemical tankers.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
