Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at energy-as. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing procurement activities in line with prevailing regulations, policies, plans, and agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process purchase requisitions authorized by engineering and execute procurement activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Search for and evaluate alternative suppliers of equipment, materials, and services to ensure optimal procurement outcomes.
  • Prepare ITT documents and conduct tender evaluations and negotiations to secure the best possible deals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including PRE, fabrication coordinator, QHSE, cost control, and other teams to ensure seamless procurement processes.
  • Follow up on procurement reporting and maintain a clear formal audit trail to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all documentation and process VORs from suppliers, managing risk, interfaces, budget, reporting, and approvals.
  • Perform additional tasks as delegated by Project Managers and Project Procurement Managers to support the team's objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as procurement, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in procurement or a related field, with a strong understanding of contracting and procurement principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is highly desirable.
