About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Bergen. As a Young Professional Mechanical Engineer, you will be part of a graduate program that includes a professional network, meeting other graduates across locations, and visiting our headquarters and one of our yards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in a wide variety of projects ranging from smaller Front End/Entr Studies to Major Modification Projects and various Specialist Services.
  • Be part of a great team that works within Equipment design and development of procurement packages in close cooperation with equipment suppliers.
  • Coordinate with project disciplines and be responsible for supplier follow-up activities.
  • Prepare for installation methods as well as participate in testing and installation of equipment.
  • Quality input and control of technical data and job preparation.
  • Read and understand technical requirements given in NORSOK Standards, EU Directive, and International Standards, including national law.
Requirements
  • You have recently graduated, or you are about to graduate from your final year of studies.
  • Being proactive and having the ability to take initiative are great personal skills that will be appreciated in this role.
  • You have a high ability to learn and a great interest in new technology and digitalization.
  • Strong work ethics and a proactive attitude.
  • A commercial mindset, good communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • If you like to plan, manage, and execute tasks, you will thrive in this role.
