We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Young Professionals Risk and Change Advisor to join our team at Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission to deliver integrated solutions, products, and services to the global energy industry.
Key Responsibilities- Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks, develop and implement risk management strategies, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change control systems, manage change requests, and ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and management, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as risk management, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in risk management, change management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
