Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Design and implement employee recognition and reward programs.
- Manage payroll and benefits administration, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide training and support to managers and employees on compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives.
- Relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a similar role.
