About The Role

Marioff is seeking a motivated and independent Cyber Security Specialist to join our organization. This new role will shape Marioff's cyber security support processes and will become a part of the Product Management group. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to define new offerings opening new growth opportunities for Marioff. As a Cyber Security Specialist, you will provide support to the sales & project teams, product managers, and our customers in cyber security-related questions. The role can be based in any of Marioff's offices worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain standard work processes to ensure cyber security compliance for our product and system deliveries.
  2. Define and implement the cyber security strategy and requirements for our Product Portfolio for future product developments and ensure life cycle compliance.
  3. Monitor cyber security industry/market trends and ensure compliance to applicable standards and regulations.
  4. Train Marioff's customer-facing teams and project organization on cyber security.
  5. Participate in cross-functional development/project teams.
  6. Support sales events and actions when required.

Qualifications We Are Looking For

  1. Relevant education: bachelor or master's degree in IT.
  2. Experience from the Cyber Security domain.
  3. Experience in IT Sales or IT product management roles.
  4. Experience with full life cycle industrial products.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Norwegian is an advantage.

Nice To Have

  1. Experience with Standards & Regulations.
  2. Experience with embedded safety systems.
