Job Description

Ten Group is a global luxury concierge service seeking a highly skilled Virtual Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our travel department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized travel experiences to clients around the world
  • Coordinate logistics and arrangements for leisure activities and events
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the luxury industry
  • Excellent language skills in professional English and Swedish/Norwegian (written and spoken)
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills, with ability to work in a calm and professional manner
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure
