About the Job Description

This Sales Administrative Assistant role plays a crucial part in supporting the Country Manager and commercial teams at BRP Norway AS. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support on sales & marketing responsibilities, including pre-accounting of all incoming invoices (SAP) and keeping track of all upcoming costs, invoices, and possible savings for all related cost centers.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver administrative support to the Country Manager, focusing on pre-accounting of all incoming invoices (SAP) and tracking upcoming costs, invoices, and possible savings for all related cost centers.
  2. Independently resolve routine or day-to-day requests from colleagues and BRP dealer network.
  3. Manage the incoming mail, phone calls, office and kitchen supplies, directing requests to the appropriate people in the assigned departments for resolution or feedback.
  4. Oversee customs clearance for imported goods.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, managing company cars, demo units, insurance, accounting, and payroll.
  6. Administer Altinn, Autosys, and OFV statistics and handle requests from authorities and record management.
  7. Contribute to the year-end and budget process, collaborating with the finance department.
  8. Coordinate local events and activities, promoting teamwork and camaraderie.
  9. Prepare and distribute communication to the dealer network (dealers, clients, prospects).
  10. Collaborate with the manager to plan travel and expenses.
  11. Develop process improvements in collaboration with other team members.
