About this role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Supply Chain Excellence Manager to join our team in Europe.

As part of the Supply Chain Excellence team, you will be responsible for coaching leadership teams in plants within your scope to enable deployment of industrial excellence programs.

Your main objective will be to improve overall site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance through creating a culture of continuous improvement from operators to management.

  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  2. Lead the implementation of the Mondelēz Manufacturing Excellence (IL6S) program.
  3. Ensure a coherent site master plan aligned with business needs.
  4. Drive real-world problem-solving sessions to tackle actual breakdowns, equipment, and process losses.
  5. Develop and improve standards to prevent failures from recurring.
  6. Ensure healthy cost governance and budget management processes.
  7. Identify potential cost improvement projects and support sites in implementing them.

  • Experience in the following areas: continuous improvement, engineering/projects, production.
  • Engineering degree plus around 15 years' experience in MSC with an industrial focus (production, engineering/projects) and continuous improvement, preferably in the food industry.
  • At least 5 years' experience in implementing industrial excellence programs (e.g. TPM, WCM, IWS, etc.).
  • Fluent English, Nordic language nice to have.
