Job DescriptionAs a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services in the Norwegian market. You will work closely with our Product Owners and Marketing Team to develop effective strategies and optimize your approach.
Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at various organizational levels. You will leverage your diplomatic, tactical, and persuasive skills to drive business growth and expansion.
This role requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the public sector and corporate markets. If you're results-driven, forward-thinking, and passionate about driving business success, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to promote our products and services in the Norwegian market.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at various organizational levels.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system to track all sales activities and customer journeys.
- Closed large, complex deals with long sales cycles, building strategic relationships.
- Stay informed about competitor activity to effectively position our products and services.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of generating sales and winning new business.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building strong personal relationships and delivering exceptional customer service at all levels.
- A proven ability to consistently meet targets while prioritizing and delivering an outstanding sales experience—especially via digital channels.
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems and proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
- Experience in selling similar tools or to a similar target audience.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through new business acquisition within the public sector.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage social media and an established professional network (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter) to enhance personal and company visibility in a B2B environment.
- A relevant higher education degree.
- Experience working with the MEDDPICC sales methodology and understanding its processes for handling complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
