
Fleet Optimisation Specialist

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve YoY sales growth (order intake/revenue) by actively hunting new business (ships), reducing vessel churn (maintain installed base), and driving upsell in existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team and internal stakeholders to identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and negotiate contracts.
- Work closely with Wärtsilä Marine Power colleagues to strengthen the value proposition of the Fleet Optimisation products.
The ideal candidate will have relevant education, preferably BSc/B Eng or equivalent, work experience, and a proven track record in successfully driving sales in software/digital markets. Strong knowledge of the market, awareness of cultural diversity, and excellent customer focus and relationship-building skills are essential for this role.
