About the RoleAs a Senior Working Environment Engineer, you will be responsible for Discipline Input to Design Basis, preparing and contributing to reviews, conducting working environment assessments, following up on vendor packages, evaluating accessibility, designing Human-Machine Interface (HMI), assessing noise and vibration, and identifying chemical risks.
You will need to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities. A proactive mindset and strong presentation skills are also essential to inform and persuade stakeholders on complex matters.
Key Requirements- Degree in safety Engineering or relevant education
- Relevant technical education (MSc and BSc degree)
- Minimum 10 years' experience within Working Environment
- Experience from Oil & Gas projects
- Knowledge of Norsok standards
- Excellent cooperation and teamworking skills
- Proactive mindset and excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to inform and persuade on complex matters through preparation and delivery of proposals, presentations, and reports.
