We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Robotics Service Technician to join our team at 1X. As a key member of our service organization, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing our wheel-based and bi-pedal robots.
Key Responsibilities- Servicing and repairing complex electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems and components
- Working in a dynamic environment with competing priorities and timelines
- Collaborating with engineers from different robotics disciplines and working closely with other hardware and software teams
- Contributing to and improving our service organization
- Knowledge and experience with electrical and electronic systems
- Knowledge and experience with mechanical assemblies
- The ability to dive in and easily understand complex systems
- Detail-oriented personality with solid documentation and reporting skills
- Experience with writing technical documentation
- Experience with soldering
