Job Title: Head of Service Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Head of Service Engineering to join our team at 1X Technologies AS. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of service engineering strategies to ensure the reliability and performance of our robots.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement service engineering strategies to enhance the reliability and performance of our robots.
  • Lead a team of service engineers to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the hardware engineering team to design and manufacture robots that are serviceable and reliable.
  • Develop and implement maintenance protocols to ensure ongoing robot reliability and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze service data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in service engineering or a related field, with a focus on complex technical repairs and maintenance.
  • Excellent technical expertise in robotics, electronics, and mechanical systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
