Job Description

The Revenue Enablement Manager will be responsible for equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively sell Puzzel's solutions. This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and drive sales performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue enablement strategy that drives sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and manage sales training programs, including onboarding for new hires, to enhance the skills and knowledge of the commercial department.
  • Design and distribute revenue enablement materials such as playbooks, presentations, and competitive analysis to support sales efforts.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to the commercial department to ensure they have the necessary resources and expertise to succeed.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue enablement, e-learning content creation for sales, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, including MEDDPICC and Challenger.
  • GROW training methodology or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Proven experience in competitor analysis for battlecards, feature ROIs, and USP creation.
  • Experience with a complex SaaS product portfolio.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
