ABOUT THE SAP YOUNG PROFESSIONALS PROGRAM

The SAP Young Professionals Program is a complimentary initiative offered by the Digital Skills Center of SAP. This two-month program is crafted to equip recent graduates with the necessary certifications and interpersonal skills to embark on a career as an SAP Associate Consultant. Upon completion of the training, SAP will closely collaborate with graduates to connect them with numerous opportunities within the SAP ecosystem.

ROLE OF SAP CONSULTANTS

As an SAP Consultant, you will engage in both Functional and Technical roles. Your responsibilities will include contributing to the blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrade phases of S/4 HANA projects. You will provide business process and functional expertise, as well as project guidance to clients, ensuring their investment in SAP solutions yields optimal results.

Additionally, you will maintain a high level of customer satisfaction across your accounts while fostering and developing relationships with clients through analysis, consulting, coaching, knowledge transfer, and relationship-building efforts.

CERTIFICATION DETAILS:

SAP S/4HANA Cloud is a comprehensive enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution that incorporates intelligent technologies such as AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics. It empowers organizations to adopt innovative business models, manage change swiftly, and leverage AI's predictive capabilities. SAP SuccessFactors HCM delivers cloud-based solutions, including a human resource management system (HRMS), that connect core HR and payroll, talent management, sales performance management, people analytics, and workforce planning to propel your business forward. SAP recognizes the evolving nature of work, which is why SAP SuccessFactors HCM places your workforce at the center of operations with AI-driven solutions tailored to individual needs and designed to enhance organizational agility.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidates must be currently unemployed or engaged in part-time/non-permanent roles unrelated to their career goals;
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Business Administration / Marketing / Finance / Human Resources / Management Information Systems / Engineering is required;
  • Preferably, candidates should have graduated within the last three years with a GPA in the top quartile – proof may be requested.
  • A strong interest in pursuing an SAP-related career that involves travel is essential;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required;
  • Completion of certification is mandatory.
  • Full-time availability from 9 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday, throughout the training period is essential. The program will be conducted in both virtual and live classroom formats, so ensure you have a reliable internet connection.
