ABOUT THE SAP YOUNG PROFESSIONALS INITIATIVE
The SAP Young Professionals Initiative is a complimentary program facilitated by the Digital Skills Center at SAP. Spanning two months, this initiative is crafted to equip recent graduates with essential certifications and interpersonal skills necessary for embarking on a career as an SAP Associate Consultant. Upon completion of the training, SAP will closely collaborate with graduates to connect them with numerous opportunities within the SAP ecosystem.
ROLE OF SAP CONSULTANTS
The responsibilities of an SAP Consultant encompass both Functional and Technical aspects.
Consultants play a vital role in the blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrade phases of S/4 HANA projects. They provide business process insights, functional expertise, and project guidance to clients, ensuring that their investment in SAP solutions yields optimal results.
Additionally, consultants are tasked with maintaining high customer satisfaction levels across their accounts while fostering and developing relationships with clients through investigation, analysis, consulting, coaching, knowledge transfer, and relationship-building efforts.
CERTIFICATION DETAILS:
SAP S/4HANA Cloud is a comprehensive enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution that integrates intelligent technologies, including AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics. It empowers organizations to adapt to new business models, manage rapid changes, coordinate resources effectively, and leverage AI's predictive capabilities.
SAP SuccessFactors HCM offers cloud-based solutions, including a human resource management system (HRMS), that link core HR and payroll, talent management, sales performance management, people analytics, and workforce planning to propel your business forward. SAP recognizes the evolving nature of work and ensures that SuccessFactors HCM places your workforce at the forefront with AI-driven solutions tailored to individual needs, promoting organizational agility.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidates must be currently unemployed or in a part-time/non-permanent role unrelated to their career goals;
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a field related to Business Administration / Marketing / Finance / Human Resources / Management Information Systems / Engineering is required;
- Preferably, candidates should have graduated within the last three years with a GPA in the top quartile – proof may be requested.
- A strong interest in pursuing an SAP-related career involving travel is essential;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory;
- Completion of certification is critical.
- Full-time availability from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, throughout the training period is required. The program will be conducted in both virtual and live classroom formats, so a reliable internet connection is necessary.
