Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Strategic Business Partnerships Leader. The successful candidate will have a strong background in organizational and leadership development, excellent leadership and team management skills, and the ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead and support a team of currently 3 colleagues located in different countries, ensuring the successful delivery of organizational and leadership services.
- Leadership and Organizational Support: Secure all leadership and organizational development deliverables within the growing scope of the Global Learning Center, as part of Global Business Services HR. Oversee areas such as leadership development, mentorship programs, talent programs, inclusive leadership trainings, teambuilding workshops, and more.
- Partnerships: Work closely with HR BPs, Group HR, Head of GBS HR, and other relevant departments to align and develop strategic and practical tasks that meet business needs.
- Customer Feedback: Collaborate with the Head of the Global Learning Center to systematically collect, analyze, and respond to customer feedback, driving continuous improvement.
- Customer Relations: Manage internal customer and partner relations, including the sales process, and participate in relevant partner meeting forums.
- Strategy Support: Contribute to the annual regional and global People/HR strategy definition process and follow up on agreed deliverables.
