Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager for Europe at Seafood Brands, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving sales growth across European markets, focusing on salmon and trout products
  • Preparing documentation for sales/purchase orders
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Continuous market analysis and development for seafood in European markets
  • Conducting customer visits, attending trade shows, and participating in market activities
  • Forecasting and planning
  • Identifying risks and financial implications of activities
  • Regularly assessing sales performance in terms of profitability for the company

A strong work ethic and the ability to make quick decisions are essential in this fast-paced environment. Industry knowledge and experience in international seafood sales are highly advantageous, although a relevant bachelor's degree is desirable, though experience can compensate for formal education. Familiarity with Maritech software is a significant advantage.
