About Our Team

The Global Learning Center is a dynamic team of approximately 30 employees across four locations, serving Hydro globally. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a passion for creating a learning culture to join our team as a Team Lead for Organization and Leadership Development.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of colleagues located in different countries, ensuring the successful delivery of organizational and leadership services. You will also oversee areas such as leadership development, mentorship programs, talent programs, inclusive leadership trainings, teambuilding workshops, and more.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement organizational and leadership development strategies that meet business needs.
  • Lead and support a team of currently 3 colleagues located in different countries, ensuring the successful delivery of organizational and leadership services.
  • Cultivate partnerships with HR BPs, Group HR, Head of GBS HR, and other relevant departments to drive business outcomes.
  • Analyze customer feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
