Program Manager

We are now hiring for a Sr. Project Manager to join our talented team. As a self-driven individual with a genuine interest in project management and delivering complex products to demanding customers around the world, you will play a crucial role in achieving our company's goals.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Earn customer satisfaction through close co-operation and dialogue with the customer and on-time deliveries.
2. Maintain our industry reputation by utilizing and continued development of our highly skilled co-workers and ensuring a motivated and high-performance project team.
3. Project execution of assigned contracts within the Product Line according to the contract company methods, policies, and routines.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 5 years experience in Leadership within Project Engineering / Management with international customers and/or suppliers.
2. Minimum 5 years industry experience from marine, offshore or process industry.
3. Higher technical education, bachelor or master degree within marine, mechanical or process technology.
4. Project Manager Certification or relevant experience is a benefit (PMI or equivalent).
5. Business mindset.
6. Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
