Infrastructure Architect Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to join our Markets Application Platform Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and deploying scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using Azure Red Hat OpenShift.

About the Role

You will work closely with other engineers and cross-functional team members to design, develop, and deploy cloud infrastructure that meets the needs of our developers. Your responsibilities will include building pipelines, provisioning resources through Infrastructure as Code, and implementing continuous deployment using GitOps principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Azure Red Hat OpenShift
• Develop and maintain build pipelines for efficient code delivery
• Provision resources using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Bicep and Terraform
• Implement continuous deployment using GitOps practices and tools like ArgoCD
• Maintain and improve observability tools to ensure system reliability

Requirements and Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with operating and debugging Kubernetes or OpenShift clusters
• Experience with GitOps practices for continuous deployment and infrastructure management
• Proficiency in Python for automation, scripted tasks, and APIs
• Familiarity with monitoring tools and practices to ensure system reliability
