We are looking for a highly skilled NRM Analytics Strategy Director to join our team in Consumer Goods EMEA. As the ideal candidate, you will play a key role in driving our data-driven transformation agenda.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute the NRM analytics strategy for Consumer Goods EMEA, driving innovation and improvement in tools, processes, and insights that power our transformation. Working closely with relevant stakeholders, including Regional Net Revenue Managers and Business Development Managers, you will identify opportunities to enhance our analytics capabilities.
To excel in this role, you must have experience building analytical solutions with commonly used software, understanding the connections between data and real business challenges, and delivering complex projects from start to finish.
- Develop and execute the NRM analytics strategy for Consumer Goods EMEA, driving innovation and improvement in tools, processes, and insights
- Collaborate with internal and external experts to build new analytical solutions
- Drive new solutions into the Essity way of working with the NRM Excellence Manager
- Partner with regional teams to ensure that Essity NRM analytical solutions are adopted in practice
