About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Static Equipment Engineer with a strong passion for making a difference in the world and believing that technology is part of the solution to solve climate change.

As our new Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for technical procurement of static and packaged equipment, including specification of equipment, bid evaluations, and supplier follow-up. You will also coordinate and supervise multi-location teams of mechanical engineers in CCUS projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical procurement of static and packaged equipment
  • Specification of equipment, bid evaluations, and supplier follow-up
  • Coordination and supervision of multi-location teams of mechanical engineers
  • Development of cost-effective processes and products
  • Contribution to standardization and effective execution of CCUS projects

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Mechanical engineering or similar with minimum 10 years' experience
  • Expertise in ISO, EN, and other international codes and standards pertaining to rotating equipment
  • Experience with supply of equipment as a buyer or seller, as well as experience from land-based industry
  • Multidisciplinary understanding with strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and drive to bridge technical and commercial challenges

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
