Job Summary

This position is responsible for overseeing human resources activities and providing strategic support to Operation Managers and HR Coordinators. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and a bachelor's degree, with key skills including order, overview, structure, and the ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

The role requires full responsibility for all operational activities within established philosophies and constraints. This includes contributing to efficient operations through good personnel planning and cost-effective resource allocation, developing and improving routines regarding personnel management, managing absence recording systems, and ensuring accurate personnel filing systems.

The HR Lead will also be responsible for assisting with HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner. Additionally, they will act according to tariff guidelines and provide guidance on tariff-related questions. Liaising with the payroll department and assuring that training matrices are compliant with regulatory, customer, and internal requirements are also key responsibilities.

Key qualifications for this position include strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to travel offshore and hold necessary certifications. Experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
