The Opportunity

This role involves taking a central and leading role in improving our HSE culture and ensuring compliance with procedures and internal control. You will be responsible for sustainable improvement processes that ensure higher compliance with procedures and internal control, both in offices and on site, aiming to raise HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. You will lead key HSE projects that strengthen and further develop our HSE culture across the organization.
  2. You will analyze nonconformities and identify areas for improvement, proposing and implementing concrete measures that strengthen HSE work and contribute to lasting change.
  3. You will be a proactive and strategic partner for managers and employees in HSE-related issues.
  4. You will contribute to continuous improvement of the company's HSE systems, ensuring we always operate with the best possible risk management and safety.
  5. You will drive the implementation of digital, sustainable solutions that streamline HSE work and contribute to a more environmentally friendly and future-oriented workplace.

Some travel can be expected.

Your Background

  1. You have a background in HSE, engineering, or other relevant fields.
  2. You have experience in HSE, preferably from the energy sector or the construction industry.
  3. You have documented experience with culture change processes and implementation of internal control systems.
  4. You have strong project management skills and the ability to drive internal improvement projects.
  5. You have experience in developing and implementing training and courses.
  6. You have good knowledge of Norwegian HSE legislation and international standards.
  7. You have good communication skills in Norwegian and English.
