Aqua farming requires cutting-edge solutions to improve sustainability and preserve marine and freshwater habitats. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for executing our strategy, building strong customer relationships, and achieving client success objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include handling customer onboarding, training, and support inquiries. You will build and maintain strong relationships through frequent follow-up meetings, identifying specific needs and opportunities.
You will collaborate with sales, technical, marketing, and development teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Your needs analysis of existing clients will help meet their needs.
This role involves occasional travel to client locations for meetings, training sessions, and assistance with equipment deployment.
Requirements- Passion for success and a collaborative approach.
- Experience with support and success work - including teaching or training.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Good writing, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; fluency in Norwegian.
