Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Arc'teryx. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of product guides and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Led a team of product guides to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Developed and implemented strategies to improve store operations and increase efficiency
  • Collaborated with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provided coaching and training to product guides to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Managed store inventory and ensured that products were properly displayed and maintained
  • Assisted with visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment
  • Monitored and controlled store expenses to ensure profitability
  • Developed and maintained relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in retail management or a related field
  • Proven track record of leading a team and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to lift up to 30 kg
