We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student Assistant to join our Trade Team in Oslo. As a Student Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our office colleagues and Field Force are up-to-date with the latest tools and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Activation team in planning and executing brand activities, trade materials, internal and external events, and weekly/monthly reports.
- Assist the Finance and Key Account team in document management, invoice processing, reports, and ad-hoc tasks.
- Manage office coordinator tasks, office administration, and systems maintenance.
- Currently completing a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, Business, Economics, or a similar field.
- Able to work 100% in our Oslo office during work hours.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English (verbal and written).
- Proactive, structured, and with good time management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes, resilient, and have a strong drive to learn and excel.
- Organized and thrive with tasks that require strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently, driving own projects and tasks.
- Preferably able to hold the role for 12 months or more, aligned with your studies completion date.
- Comply and implement activities in accordance with environmental protection, safety at work, and fire protection regulations.
