About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, conducting audits, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, with a special focus on food safety and workplace health and safety.
  2. Perform internal and supplier audits to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  3. Support risk management and implement mitigation strategies to prevent accidents and incidents.
  4. Monitor compliance with legal requirements and certified standards.

Your Requirements

We are seeking an experienced professional with:

  1. A relevant degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to logistics, energy sector, warehouse management, manufacturing, production, QSHE, or FMCG.
  3. ISO certifications related to health, safety, and environmental management are preferred.
  4. Strong understanding of health, safety, and/or food safety standards is preferred.
  5. Experience in performing internal audits and supplier/customer satisfaction audits. Certification as quality/lead auditor is preferred.
