About the Role

As a key member of our MacGregor Black team, you will be responsible for spearheading the brand's success in Norway. This involves localising and optimising the Norwegian online store to create a seamless user experience, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and supporting the opening and commercial success of new retail stores.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the expansion into the Norwegian market, overseeing both digital and physical retail channels.
  • Localise and optimise the Norwegian online store, creating a seamless user journey.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies — from influencer campaigns to digital performance.
  • Support the opening and commercial success of new retail stores.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in e-commerce, retail, or market expansion, ideally within fashion, sporting goods, or consumer brands. You should have hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, proven leadership skills, and a track record of building and scaling teams. Additionally, you should be fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
