Key Responsibilities:- Analyze KPIs and turn numbers into actionable insights
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams to forecast, plan, and optimize
- Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Present findings to drive real change
- Ensure efficient use of resources and stay cost-effective
- Improve customer service by leveraging data-driven insights
- Strong analytical skills with a business mindset
- Natural ability to present insights effectively
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Able to solve problems and improve processes
- Proficient in data tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau)
- Focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences
