We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Engineer to join our team in Oslo. As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating and approving documentation from subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and legislation, programming process control systems (PLC), developing project documentation, monitoring and reporting progress on assigned work packages, and performing on-site testing and participating in offshore commissioning.

- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and legislation.
- Program process control systems (PLC).
- Develop project documentation such as functional descriptions and testing procedures.
- Monitor and report progress on assigned work packages.
- Perform on-site testing and participate in offshore commissioning.
- Educated in Automation, Cybernetics, or a related field, BSc or MSc.
- 5 years of experience or more in an automation role.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with PLC-based process control systems.
- Experience with Siemens SIMATIC PCS7 or similar control systems is essential.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding system control diagrams (SCD).
- COMOS experience is highly advantageous.
- Experience from EICT projects in the oil and gas sector is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as NORSOK is beneficial.
- Fluent English, written and spoken. Norwegian is an advantage.
