Job Description

We're looking for a talented system security expert to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a lead, you will be responsible for overseeing mainframe zSecurity systems administration for top clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures for mainframe environments, ensuring compliance and auditing support.
  2. Renew and implement certificates in mainframe environments, maintaining the highest level of security.
  3. Monitor and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and threats, providing timely resolutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into all aspects of mainframe operations.
  5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering growth and development.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements, driving innovation and best practices.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in mainframe security administration, with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise in ACF2 administration, including user management, access control, and security policy implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of mainframe security principles and practices.
  • Understanding of mainframe systems (z/OS) and security tools and technologies used in these environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
