ACF2 Security Specialist Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Mainframe Security Specialist. As a lead member of our security team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security policies, procedures, and best practices for our mainframe environments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mainframe security administration, including expertise in ACF2 administration, user management, access control, and security policies. They will also have a solid understanding of mainframe security principles and z/OS systems, as well as familiarity with security tools and technologies used in mainframe environments.
Main Responsibilities:- Security Policy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and best practices for mainframe environments.
- Compliance and Auditing: Oversee compliance, auditing, and security health checks, delivering reports on behalf of the customer.
- Certificate Management: Manage certificate renewals and implementations in mainframe environments.
- Incident Response: Monitor and respond to security incidents, vulnerabilities, and threats.
- Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into all aspects of mainframe operations.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- 5+ years of experience in mainframe security administration.
- Expertise in ACF2 administration (user management, access control, security policies).
- Strong knowledge of mainframe security principles and z/OS systems.
- Familiarity with security tools and technologies used in mainframe environments.
- Fluent in English (must-have).
