Position: Tender and Grants Manager at Circle K eMobility

Our eMobility team is dedicated to creating exceptional charging solutions for both novice and seasoned EV users, enhancing the eMobility experience for our clientele. We are in search of a dynamic and organized Tender and Grants Manager to become a vital part of our Commercial Development team. In this role, you will formulate strategies and processes for eMobility tenders and public funding, working closely with our European business units to maximize operational efficiency.

About the eMobility Commercial Development Team:

The eMobility Commercial Development team provides essential support to our colleagues across European nations regarding eMobility tenders and public funding opportunities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development
    • Formulate and execute tender strategies that align with corporate objectives
    • Maintain a comprehensive roadmap for European tenders to facilitate cross-functional communication
    • Identify and leverage public funding opportunities across Europe
  • Process Enhancement
    • Offer tools and guidance for local eMobility tenders
    • Standardize tender processes to improve efficiency
    • Conduct in-depth business case evaluations
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Stay informed on trends within the eMobility market
    • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure our offerings meet market demands
    • Promote ongoing improvement initiatives across various units

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in business or commercial development
  • Familiarity with the international eMobility sector is advantageous
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in leading strategic initiatives
  • Proficient in financial analysis and project management
