As a Sales Manager for Optician Partnerships, you will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships with opticians, regional department stores, and independent customers in South Norway.

The main objective of this role is to actively drive sales by building a qualitative distribution network and a close relationship with our business partners. This involves evaluating new customer positioning and suitability for launching new brands or collections, ensuring brand integrity through adequate product distribution and in-store presentation, researching and targeting new customers, and guaranteeing effective visit planning to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as frequency of visits per store, brand visibility, and sell-out.

You will also be responsible for brand presentations and sell-in of new collections, providing in-store training to retailer's sales staff on brands, products, and marketing activities, ensuring stock levels are adequate at the point of sale, and supporting stock management administration processes. Additionally, you will focus on implementing trade marketing activities in cooperation with the trade marketing team to maximize customers' sell-out, collect sell-out reports from customers, and manage orders in cooperation with the customer services department.

Your attitude towards building strong external and internal relationships, combined with your ability to work effectively under pressure to seasonal and customer deadlines, makes you an ideal candidate for this role. If you have more than 2 years of experience in field sales roles with a proven record in fashion/accessories/lifestyle/cosmetics or high-end consumer goods, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
