We are seeking a highly skilled HR Consultant to join our dynamic team at Quest Consulting Sverige AB. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving key HR processes, maintaining HR data, and serving as a point of contact for employees and managers.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a key contact point for employees and managers to resolve queries and personnel-related challenges and provide guidance on key activities and processes within the yearly HR cycle.
  • Work daily in our customer support system, Zendesk, where you will provide support via text to managers and employees about current HR policies, procedures, and local legislation.
  • Maintenance of HR master data in our HR system Workday, including ensuring high-quality employee data.
  • Drive operational implementation of key initiatives in alignment with the broader HR/People strategy and business requirements.
  • Make verbal presentations and trainings online and on-site when needed.
  • Be involved and take lead in various ongoing and future HR development projects.
  • Be a point of contact towards external customers and providers.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on self-service transactions, HR portal navigation, and policy interpretation to facilitate self-support.
  • Experience with Norwegian labor law, collective agreements, and cooperation/consultation with Unions.
